We understand that everyone has busy schedules but we ask you to respect the fact that we take our scheduled times very seriously. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so with more than 24 hours notice. All sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the session will be charged 50% of the session fee. Last minute cancellations and NO-SHOWS where the student does not attend his or her session, will be charged the full session price. Please discuss any extenuating circumstances with the center director.
Lateness Policy
Any time that you are late will result in a shorter session for your child. All sessions will go to their scheduled end time to avoid following sessions being delayed. We will not pro-rate any sessions due to lateness.
Payment
We accept personal check, cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. You may also pay using a credit card through your Tutor Panel account.
We Love Referrals!
Each student that you refer will earn you a free 60 minute session. You will receive your free lesson once the referred student completes his or her second lesson.
