AP Calculus BC Test Prep Course(May 13,2024)

Dates: Saturday March 16, 2024 – Thursday May 9,2024

Class Time: Saturdays 1:00-3:00(at center)

Office Hour: Thursdays 6:30-7:30(online)

This course is designed to prepare students for the AP Calculus BC test given on May 13, 2024. The course will review all 10 units that are covered on the AP Calculus BC test. Students will be exposed to many types of AP problems in the form of both multiple-choice questions and free response questions. The course will be taught by an expert in AP Calculus that will help students improve their critical thinking and problem-solving skills which are necessary for succeeding on this test. Students will have the opportunity to schedule times to take practice tests at the learning center or online throughout the 8 weeks. These exams will be scored, and both students and parents will be sent reports. This will be a good way for the student to track their progress throughout the course and practice taking the test in the proper testing environment. The instructor will also have one hour a week that they are available for a virtual office hour. This is for students to ask questions about homework or the mock test that was available that week. Lastly, the instructor will be available for an extended online review on Thursday May 9th from 5:30-7:30pm to review last minute questions before the test.
